Kenji did something like this, so I thought I'd throw my two cents in. Now, depending on your school/area of employment, it may not work. But usually, if a site is blocked by a filter, you can find the name of an image on a site, and search it with google. Click the link, and as long as you don't disable the bar on the top, you can usually surf to your leisure.
